5k Fun Run & 1k Family JOg

ONLINE Registration will be open until November 27th.  

We will accept walk-up registrations on the day of the race. 

The Golden Sweet Potato Festival is hosting the Jingle Jog 5k fun run & 1k Family Jog on December 7th, 2024.

Our 5k run will take you through the beautiful country roads of Golden Texas, and it is perfect for those who want to improve their running time, or for those who prefer a more leisurely pace. 

We also offer a 1k route, ideal for families with young children, especially if you are pushing a stroller. No need to register kids who are 4 and under, but please note that shirts are not provided for them.  

To register, please fill out our online form and complete your payment.  Payment is required to complete the registration process. Only those who register and pay online will receive a t-shirt on the day of the run.

For my fellow procrastinators or those who hear about our event a little later we will offer walk-up registration at 7:00 am the day of the event.  No t-shirts will be available for walk-up registrations. 

All proceeds from this event will fund the rebuilding of the GSPF playground and other community outreach programs.
