Vendor Information

The Golden Sweet Potato Festival events kick off Saturday morning with the Opening Ceremonies and the Parade at 10:00 am. Throughout Saturday, there will be a variety of activities. The full schedule of events will be posted soon.

As part of our vendor guidelines, 10x10 BOOTH spaces will be designated for all Arts and Crafts booths.

Vendor fees for Arts and Crafts booths are set at $25.00.

For food vendors, the booth fees are as follows:

- $100.00 for a tent

- $150.00 for a trailer

This applies to any booth that offers food and/or drink items ready for consumption.

Please note:

- ALL BOOTHS MUST BE PAID FOR PRIOR TO SETUP AND A RELEASE SIGNED!

- All vendors are required to vacate the grounds by 4:00 PM.

- Booth setup must be completed by 8:00 am on Saturday.

- Vendors must have their tax ID available at the booth.

- Vendors are responsible for state sales tax and should be prepared to show documentation that they are compliant with sales tax regulations, or be ready to provide a sales tax certificate if requested by a state comptroller’s representative.
